MuniScan is operated by TDoubleAI Inc. This page explains what we collect and why, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone and property address from the order form.
• What you tell us about your plans, your septic system and your well, including marks on the confirm map and any photos or documents you send.

Why

Only to prepare your report or site visit, invoice you, and answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are received through our website host (Netlify) and by email. Report files are kept with our business records for as long as needed for accounting and to answer questions about your report, then deleted.

Sample reports

We only publish a report as a sample with your written permission, with the address removed and neighbouring properties blurred.
